Privates for Tango
Privates are a great way to focus on specific areas of interest. Zita can also choose some areas to work on after a dance or two. The emphasis will be on finding your balance, connecting with the music and your partner and overall tango technique. Privates can be virtual or face to face, singles or couples.
Privates are an hour and are $65, $50 at Kew East studio or $50 on Zoom.
Group Classes - Zumba for Kids
Zumba Kids incorporates routines, but also freestyle dancing and games. We will be travelling the world to learn about music and dance the rhythms from around the globe.
I will have two different classes on offer. For class schedule:
1. Zumba Kids ( 5-11 years)
2. Zumba Kids Jr. (3.5-6 years).
The classes will be adjusted to age group and we make sure we create a safe and fun environment for the children. We will work on one or two routines, and make it exciting with games and rhythm breaks. The music is from the Zumba Kids selection, which will definitely inspire the children to move along!
The group classes will start w/c 20th July 2020 till 14 September 2020. Classes will be in Melbourne East. Wednesdays at Balwyn Anglican Church and Fridays at Kew Neighborhood Learning Centre.
Prices are $15 per class or receive a discount if you book a term pass ( $ 120 per term)
Group Classes - Zumba for everyone
Zumba is a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time. What you will love about Zumba is that it is for absolutely everybody! No Experience required, just the first steps to get to the class! The classes will be adjusted to level and the intensity depends on how much you put in it. We will have the same songs and routines for a few weeks, swapping one at a time as new music and routines come in. This way you will be able to learn and feel comfortable with routines but also still be challenged to work on new ones.
Group classes are $15 per class or $90 for 8 classes, virtual classes are $5 or $20 for 5 classes. Classes are virtual and in Melbourne East, Victoria.
Group Classes - Tango
Classes are designed to focus on strengthening your body for tango, for keeping balance and core activation and improve flexibility and lengthening. We will incorporate tango dance and musicality and go through tango technique together. Classes are interactive and no partner necessary.
The classes and privates are all focused on your specific needs. They are fun and focused at the same time and I do not shy away from questions. I aim to explain in great depth so you find a link to why and how the movements relate to a more comfortable you and to the movement itself. I am here to help you find your confidence in your dancing and build up a strong core to hold your own axes in the embrace. Musicality, connection and the embrace are three other areas I like to focus my attention on, as with these you will be able to develop more creatively.
Weekly classes will be an hour. Prices are: $12 for a group class or $100 for a 10-class pass/ $10 or $35 for 5 classes virtually on Zoom.

Milongas
Our milongas are organised by Zest for Tango and friends. We love getting together, enjoy some nice food and dance to the sweet tunes of DJ ZiRo. We support life music whenever we can. Contact us if you would like to get involved. Please refer to our class schedule for upcoming events.
